Away I Go

Spent two nights on Cape Cod with friends and as usual the time was good but short. They feed me the most delicious food and the company is always great. Had dinner last evening with my hosts and another couple who have been friends. Always nice to reconnect. Today I'm off on another leg of my journey up to the town where I was born to spend two nights with another couple that were very close friends for Marsha and I and ultimately important in our Christian journeys. It still never ceases to amaze me how many people  I have in my life that in a single moment it is like we have seen each other every day for years. It is almost as if time has been suspended since the last time we were together and yet we are sharing about all the things that have happened since our last visit. Less than three weeks now until my 50th class reunion followed by my return to my Myrtle Beach home. Very much looking forward to my reunion and seeing folks I haven't seen in years and spending time with others that have had a real place in my heart all these years although our lives have been separated by time and events. Headed back to Maine in a few days for the final push in helping to prepare for my departure, Forrest departing with me and Dan & Jess departing for their move to Alaska. Busiest time is yet to come in those final two weeks. God continue to give me strength, and wisdom.
